Can you match the prices?
No, because we take our work seriously and take pride in it.

Who provides the supplies?
We bring all of our own enviromentally friendly products. If you would prefer that we use a specific product of yours, that's no problem. Just let us know and leave them out for us.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept many forms of payment. If you want to pay online using Paypal or Credit Card, select that option during Booking. You can pay cash on the day, but keep in mind that our cleaners don't carry change. You can also pay by cheque. If there is another way you want to pay, contact us.

For regular cleanings, do I have to contact you each time?
Nope! Once you have told us you want regular cleaning, we will be there the same time like clockwork.

What do your move in/out cleanings mean?
Our move in/out cleanings are ideal for when you are moving in or out of your home. It is certain to please any landlord so you see your valuable bond again. This package includes extra services such as cleaning inside cupboards and drawers, deep cleaning the fridge, etc.

How long does it take?
We approximate that it takes about one hour per bedroom of your house. We clean until we are finished in standard homes and within reason. For cases like hoarders or indoor paintball enthusiasts, we may adjust the estimate for fairness.

What areas do you service?
We currently service the areas reachable by Adelaide Metro. We will soon also service Melbourne and surrounding areas. If you live in a different city and wish we were there too, let us know!
